Shipping and Returns

Shipping:

We handle your orders with speed and efficiency. Packages are generally dispatched within 48 hours after receipt of your payment. We use TNT or FedEx for standard shipping services.

Shipping fees include handling, packaging, and postal costs. Handling fees are fixed, while transport costs vary according to the total weight of your order. To benefit from advantageous shipping costs, we advise you to group your items in a single order.

Please note that we cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, however, we take special care in protecting fragile items.

We use amply sized boxes and quality packaging materials to ensure optimal protection of your items during transit.

Returns:

We want you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your order, we accept returns within 14 days. Please contact us before returning an item to get the return instructions.

Returned items must be in their original state, unused, and accompanied by all original accessories and packaging. Return costs will be at your expense unless an error has been made on our part in shipping or if the item is defective.

Upon receipt of the returned item and after verifying its condition, we will proceed with the refund of the returned item's amount, in accordance with our refund policy.
